In 1991, they opened a small job shop with three employees, one truck — and just two customers.

Today, that shop has grown into a thriving business operation with multiple locations, and our growing list of customers includes companies representing the transportation, automation, contract furniture, food processing and energy product industries — just to name a few.

Mike and Cheryl have never strayed from their steadfast commitment to attentive, customer-focused service—and it shows. (Those two original customers? They’re still with us!)

True communication and openness is where a promise really gains strength. In business, many unforeseen things can happen that might affect our ability to keep a promise or honor a commitment. When these unforeseen situations arise, it’s important to communicate quickly and openly so the person on the receiving end can understand the situation and be a part of the solution. If this communication does not happen, the situation can ultimate cost everyone time, money and trust — and that’s not something I ever want to jeopardize.
